What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, company name (if given), the collection and delivery locations and the description of the goods.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A single technical cookie is set on the contact page so the form can be sent securely; it is deleted when you close your browser.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if you book with us, carry out the delivery. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your details for marketing. They are stored with our email and website hosting provider, and shared with others only where needed to carry out your delivery or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as needed for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
